Even these are Causes of neck pain and back pain






  • Indigestion, constipation, gas troubles, excess body heat, depression, stress contribute to back and neck pain.
  • Constipation releases gas into the body. It moves up to neck and causes neck pain. So, avoid junk food and eat good food at proper time.
  • Avoid curd and green leaves in the night.
  • Finish dinner 2 hours before going to bed.
  • Avoid broiler chicken, egg, processed foods, pickles. Also potato, eggs, raw banana, oily foods, sours curd, excess spice and tamarind.
  • Don’t skip breakfast as it increases gas. This in turn causes neck ache.
  • Walk for sometime after having dinner. Walk 20 min after having dinner!
  • Sitting for long hours increases body heat and in turn damages shoulder beck and back bones. So, take breaks.
  • Bad eating habits cause indigestion problems which in turn affects nerves too. This may cause dementia!
  • After eating excess or oily food, boil jeera and coriander seeds in water. Mid panamkalkandu and consume. Or boil coriander (nattu malli, not polished one), curry leaves, small onion, jeera in water and drink to alleviate giddiness caused by indigestion.
