chew well. Pancreas is capable of digesting a certain amount only.

Tips on choosing paste and brush
Paste:
- If you have cavities, choose one with fluoride
- For sensitive tooth, use ones containing strontium chloride
- For bleeding gums, use one with tannic acid.
Brush:
- For straight teeth : brush should be straight
- For non straight teeth : brush should bend.
How
to avoid toxins in the body?
- Toxins result in dark spots in the body.
- Avoid Nonveg. Else consume without a single drop of
blood.
- Avoid constipation. Drink sufficient water. Too much or
too little water leads to constipation.
- Avoid consuming dry fish, esp with brinjal and tamarind
- Groundnut oil increases toxins. Heating olive oil
increases toxins.
- Don’t add too much tamarind to brinjal.
