Tips to reduce weight and belly


Dont skip breakfast

Walk 


Mix 2tsp lemon, 1tsp honey and little pepper and drink in empty stomach

Drink Ginger tea

Use ginger, pepper , lavangam in daily food.

Drink lemon in water


Eat 20 curry leaves in empty stomach. This helps in belly reduction.

Drink ginger juice and honey in empty stomach.

Mix fennel powder in water and drink.
